HEALTH: FACTS A BOUT A PINEAPPLE.

A pineapple dates back in 1398, to grow mature into a plant takes 3years and only one pineapple is produced by a single plant in a single season and a plant can stay a live and continue giving fruits for up to 50 years.

its not a single fruit but instead a group of berries that are fused together.

A pineapple contains bromelian, the digestive enzyme in pineapple has anti inflammatory and pain relieving properties. this helps when you have an infection like sinusitis, an injury, a sprain and burn.it also offset the joint point of osteoarthritis. the VitaminC pineapple also keeps inflammation levels low.

Since it contains Vitamin C content it not only boosts immunity but also protects collagen production, contributing to skin elasticity and healthy complexion. pineapples manganese content plays a role in bone health crucial for women.

It’s high Vitamin C which is essential antioxidant that fights off free radicals and helps to protect sperm cells from damage. It is also a good source of minerals such as manganese which is important in the production of healthy sperm cells.

On the other hand a pineapple can cause nausea, diarrhoea , heart burn, excessive menstrual bleeding . It can increase heart burn symptom in people with gastroesophageal reflux disease.
