Principle Judge Orders Investigation into Registrar Christine Namutebi Kellen’s Questionable Grant of Arrest Warrant

The principal judge Flavian Zeija  has ordered an investigation into events leading to the issuance of an alleged defective arrest warrant against local businessman and property broker  Hajji Mohammadi Kamoga earlier this year.

In a letter dated April 13^th 2025 to the head High Court Division Kampala,  RE; Complaint Against Her Worship Namutebi Christine Kellen Who Issued a Wrong Arrest Warrant of Arrest dated 27^th January 2025 Wrongfully Issued Against me.

The principal judge on receipt replied that ; the enclosed complaint by Kamoga Mohammadi dated March 28^th 2025 , on the above subject refers.

You are certainly better placed to take appropriate action in the matter.Kindly handle the complaint.

By copy of this letter, the Chief Registrar is requested to look into the circumstances of the complaint for appropriate action.

This development is after  Kamoga,, dragged Kampala Lawyer Olowo Zack of M/S Olowo Zack  Advocates and Solicitors  , Plot 3 , William Street , Get In House, Suite 103, Kampala , to the law council by a one Muhamadi Kamoga , over gross professional misconduct .

In a letter addressed to the secretary of the Law Council dated 7th April 2025, Olowo, is accused by Kamoga,, for having illegally applied for his warrant of arrest through Namutebi Christine Kellen  the Assistant registrar of court , on the 27th January 2025, arising from a matter Fredrick Kwatakunsawo Ssengoba Kiwanuka , suing through his lawful attorney and agent Muhamadi Kamoga vs Bugingo Andrew and 19 others well knowing that the matter  arising from ruling Misc application No. 701 of 2023 ,  delivered on 11th October 2023, by Hon. Alexandria Nkonge Rugadya had been settled.

It also states that the same Olowo, through his firm went ahead and peddled the same lies that were published in both the New Vision and Bukedde newspapers , with intent to damage his name.
