KCCA Donates Fire Trucks To Uganda Police.

The Kampala Capital City Authority yesterday the 5th of April 2024, the Executive Director of the Authority Mrs. Dorothy Kisaka handed over these new fire KCCA donates 2 fire trucks to officials from Uganda police as a way of combating the unstopping fire out break cases in the Kampala Metropolitan.

This comes after the recent fire outbreak that gutted the Nakawa Market on 25th March 2024 and many properties worth millions were lost.

The Police fire and rescue services indicates that there is a decrease in fire cases, though there are still some cases of negligence especially in schools and factories where administrators either don’t have fire extinguishers and fire alarms or they are expired.
