This development is the apex of the crux of the investigation into the allegations levied against the magistrate by the businessman through his lawyer Brian Tindyebwa on 10th July 2025 , claiming that Amabilis had in WhatsApp messages discussed the high-profile land fraud case 835 / 836 of 2023 with the accused prior.
It should be noted that Hajji Muhammadi , also claimed that Magistrate Stella Amabilis, had endeavored to force hajji Muhamadi kamoga to withdraw the said complaint from judicial service commission on 22.september 2025, that it would jeopardize her chances of becoming a judge , evidenced in the same said messages, a fact that wouldn’t grant him a fair trial.
The Magistrate was later forced to recuse herself from the case file and forwarded to Grade One Magistrate Edgar Tusiime Tibayeita.
