PARLIAMENT: Joel Ssenyonyi Is Seeking Accountability From The Speaker.

In December 22 2023, Joel Basekezi Ssenyonyi, the Member of Parliament representing Nakawa West, was appointed as the Leader of the Opposition by Robert Kyagulanyi, the leader of the National Unity Platform (NUP).
This significant development followed the departure of Mathias Mpuuga a midst a widely covered rift between him and Kyagulanyi.

The current leader of opposition Joel Ssenyonyi tusked the speaker of parliament Mrs Anita Among to respond to the corruption allegations raised against the parliament if the institution is to live true.

In the shadow cabinet sitting on Monday, it was resolved that the LOP should write to the speaker to come out in a weeks time to explain to the public the alleged corruption, nepotism and abuse of office.

This all comes after the links of payments that are in billions of shillings that are alleged to have been paid to some staff of parliament.

According to our sources, this will not solve the corruption issues in the parliament because according to the health inspectors and scientists, corruption is also a mental disease which someone can easilyget addicted to.

This is the little they know but Anita has already saved more than one trillion to be used in the next election since she is planning to become a leader of a certain political party according to our sources.

The accountability questions being raised by Joel SSenyonyi might hit a dead end putting into consideration his current wrangles with the former leader of opposition and other NUP Members of Parliament who side with him(Mpuuga).
