Mediation Concept Avenue (MECA): Resolving Conflicts, Building Connections

About Us

Located at Lungujja Mbuubi Rd, Rubaga Division, we were incorporated in 2021 under the laws of Uganda. Our organization specializes in resolving land disputes by facilitating negotiations between conflicting parties.

Our Vision

We strive for excellence in managing land matters in Uganda, providing our clients with trusted solutions.

Our Mission

We aim to develop and sustain a culture of transparency and professionalism tailored to our clients’ needs.

Our Services

  1. Fraud Investigation: We investigate cases of lost property due to fraud, which accounts for 9 out of 10 land cases in Uganda. Our expertise helps victims recover their lost property and assets.
  2. Mediation Services: We mediate disputes between landlords and tenants, as well as community land conflicts, to find mutually beneficial solutions. Our mediation services cover both urban and rural areas.

Important Note: Mediation is not suitable for cases already in court. In such instances, the conflicting parties must withdraw the court case and opt for out-of-court mediation.
