Mediation Concept Avenue is a neutral private organization
knowledgeable and skilled in assisting people in communities
involved in land conflicts to negotiate and come to an agreement.
It also offers land management and consultancy.


We are Located at Lungujja Mbuubi Rd, Rubaga Division, and
incorporated in 2021 under the laws of Uganda.


Renowned for supporting conflicting parties on land matters to
negotiate and come up with a resolution to their conflict. our
expertise enables us to provide clients with solutions they can
trust.


VISION

We strive to achieve excellence in managing Land matters in
Uganda for the benefit of our clients.

To develop and sustain a culture of transparency and
professionalism that suits our clients needs.

Fraud investigation for lost property, 9 out of 10 land
cases in Uganda arise out of fraud. Anyone can be a land
fraud victim since it can happen at any stage.

Once you notice you have been defrauded, do not write off your lost
property and money engage us.

Mediate between landlords and tenants, We conduct
mediation to solve disputes on land occurring with in
communities both in the urban and rural areas.

These disputes are fueled by a number of factors including lack of
clearly demarcated boundaries, population pressures,
inheritance practices, inaccessibility to available land
information etc.

Note; When not to meditate on conflicts, When the issue is
already in court. The conflicting parties will have to call off the
file in court and request for the case to be mediated out of court.
