Stop sending children to schools during holidays
Honestly the president of Uganda “YOWERI KAGUTA MUSEVENI” owes ugandans an apology for the failure in leadership , really there is no way to explain this decay in his term.
Apparently, all TORORO MPS are NRM but no change is shown in their areas, still not only mps are supposed to be blamed but also ELECTORATES who vote carelessly because of their basic needs during the voting period.
This is very sad for our country , looking at billions and trillions being wasted on useless things and on people who feed and make their big berries giggle and nothing else.
