Some of the Electoral commission members have an inside rooming murder plan with an intention to set up individuals who are investigating their financial illegalities.
According to the reliable source of TV 10 Gano Maziima, two weeks back, Joseph Lwanga, Pamella Otunyu and James had a meeting at Entebbe Victoria mall, and there solution was to kill Mrs Liz kobugabe who is a wife to Mulekwa, with van intention to set up the TV10 Investigative journalist Mr Dean Lubowa Saava as the major
suspect.
This is all a bout the story that was published a few weeks back about the embezzlement of 79 billion shillings which was a surplus from the 2021 elections.It is said that this money was reported to have been used to sensitise the voters on the works of EC, yet it is alleged that this is not factual.

It is said that the members on the committee distributed this money among-est themselves for their personal needs including the 123 members who were chosen to help the electoral commission in doing this community program.
It is said that these members went a head and distributed the laptops among themselves, where each one of them took five laptops for their personal work on the 1000 laptops that were provided for the election activities.
This is according to the IGG’s report that is still hidden and of which is not to be released soon after which it is alleged that she received 240m for her not to release this report. But however, the truth was discovered and most of the committee members left the offices and went for leave of which they are playing it hard for the journalists to have their side of story.
Some of the committee members whom we tried to contact through phone calls, instead of giving us their side of their side of the story, they are just threatening the Tv10 team with words like “LUBOWA !!!!!!!!!!LUBOWA!!!!!!!!!!!!!……….ORINYE EYAMAJJE” as said by Joseph Lwanga the Director finance. He added and said “Do you know how much i have invested in my education, do you know how much i have worked for my name, i will make sure i use my last drop of blood to clear my name.” Mr Lwanga is planning to clear his name by killing people with an intention to frame the whistle blowers.
Mr Lwanga was stopped from doing what he was planning (kidnapping the journalist) and resorted to plans of killing Liz Kobugabe and set up the journalists as the first suspects since they were the lead investigators.
This deal is all from the battle between Mulekwa’s wives Liz Kobugabe and Sarah Kobukaire, who are struggling to raise one of them, yet the team made a decision in favour of Sarah.
The main reason to why they are involving Mrs. Pamela is because she wanted become a commissioner of which she did not get since her name was submitted by the VP and there was someone else whose name was submitted by the speaker of the parliament Mrs Anita Among.
This exactly shows that most of the people in prisons are innocent and the criminals are in the city enjoying themselves.
