”The party is ruling the country illegally” Since the year 2016 there hasn’t been any internal election in NRM ruling political party and that is unlawful accordingly” the team leader Isac Rukanda and spokesperson Sam Mucunguzi said.

Mucunguzi emphasised the point that all that happened in the recent by-election of kisolo woman member of parliament, NRM leaders embarrassed the head of the party and president of Uganda Yoweri Kaguta Tibuhaburwa Museveni.

This happened when the party frag bearer and the independent candidate appeared at president’s Museveni campaign rally.

That embarrassment couldn’t happen but due to poor leadership within the party framework, all happened, and in conclusion the independent was the winner and that also described the need for new leadership.
