Akiso being the 21st Guild President of Kyambogo University is a significant milestone. To put this into perspective, the previous Guild Presidents include:

  • Mwebesa Reagan, the 20th Guild President, who was elected in October 2023.
  • Tumwine Serge, the Guild President elect of 2022, who won with over 5,000 votes.
  • NUP’s John Mbaziira, who was elected as the Guild President, polling 4,372 votes out of 9,069 total votes.
