AM PARTLY RESPONSIBLE FOR SPEAKER’S SANCTION BY THE UK GOVERNMENT SAYS ROBERT KYAGULANGI

The NUP president Robert Kyagulanyi said he  and other loving Ugandans are partly responsible for the speakers sanction.

This was after the UK government sancted the speaker of parliament of Uganda Anita Among and the ex- minister of karamoja Agnes Nadutu and Mary Gorriet Kitutu over corruption .

These officials corrupt the iron sheets that where meet for the vulnerable communities in karamoja.

Kyagulanyi said that ‘yes these  are the fruits of our engagement and other change loving Ugandans. So many are pushing such interest not only by the UK but the entire international community .We are glad that now the international community is biting’.

The evidence is in the public but nobody can do anything, instead of calling her to account Gen. Museveni defends her. Instead of going after her security organs to arrest the government official and questioned about their corruption manners to the extend that some have run out of country while others are hiding.

This is not the define punishment but at least can prohibit them from investing the taxpayers money  in the other countries.

But for the case of the speaker she always shielded . Police cannot summon her ,IGG  cannot investigate case ,the DPP cannot sanction charges on her and the courts of law cannot summon her

Therefore we welcome sanctions on to great firm the duty of civilian nations because they should never sit back as actions against poor people are going on. They steal money from the poor people thinking that they can enjoy it with their families in other countries alteast they have away forward so we welcome these suctions and we want their thieves to lay in the bed that they have destroyed in their country which  is messed upon in health and education system and now they are running to other countries.

The speaker and other ministries have claimed that they sanction is as the result of not allowing  the anti homosexuality bill.

Kyagulanyi said itself an excuse ‘that is lie, the public shud disregard such claims by the implicated leader that they are aimed over the anti guy law. if  that was the case the mover of the motion ‘ Asuman Basaliwwa wud be equally sanction.,

The UK government through the Glob Anti Corruption has sanctioned corrupted cases from various countries.
