Lawsuit Claims Against Nicolas Cage Dismissed

A civil lawsuit filed by Christina Fulton against her ex-boyfriend, actor Nicolas Cage, has seen the claims against him dismissed. Fulton had accused their son, Weston Cage, of assault and battery and claimed Nicolas was negligent in preventing his behavior.

When the lawsuit was filed in February, Nicolas Cage’s lawyers dismissed the allegations as “frivolous,” stating he did not control his son’s actions. Weston Cage’s lawyer suggested the lawsuit was a “money grab” based on Fulton’s history of litigation.

Despite the dismissal of claims against Nicolas Cage, Fulton’s case against Weston is ongoing. She alleges he attacked her in April 2024, leaving her with multiple injuries, including a concussion and PTSD. Weston Cage was arrested in June 2024 on felony assault charges, which he denied.

Fulton also claims Nicolas Cage was aware of Weston’s history of mental health issues and violent behavior but continued to support him financially.
