“Inspired by Museveni”, Bebe Cool takes Zuena off sugar, rice

Bebe Cool wants to live a long healthy life and he wants his 0wife, Zuena Kirema, around to enjoy with him.

But living a healthy life comes with making some concessions! In a recent interview with Juliana Kanyomozi, Cool gave an example of President Yoweri Museveni who continues to look physically fit despite his age.

President Museveni has said he lives on a strict diet.According to Bebe Cool, real name Moses Ssali, there is no reason a person should have a belly. The Kasepiki singer is already implementing some initiatives to live a healthy lifestyle and the latest addition is hiring a chef whom he hopes to pay about $1k per month to cook for the family and travel with him when he is leaving the country.

He said he has worked so hard and he doesn’t want to fail to enjoy the fruits of his hard work because of bad health. He said he avoids sugars and doesn’t eat carbohydrates after 7 P.M. At night, he only eats chicken and fish.He told Juliana Kanyomozi that he also rarely eats rice and bread.”I don’t allow anyone to give my wife sugar and rice,” said Bebe Cool in the interview. He said they follow the same diet and this has helped Zuena to not need to exercise.

He said he stopped his family from shopping for certain things because it would be unfair if he lived longer and the wife died earlier. “I stay in the house alone!” he said.Cool’s interview was the first to be released, but the Kibaluma hitmaker also spoke to Azawi, Vinka Cindy Sanyu, Kenneth Mugabi, Levixone, Ruth Kalibbala Bwanika and Patrick Idringi Salvador.
