NRM Supporter Sets Himself on Fire in Desperate Plea for Help

Benjamin Agaba’s desperate act of setting himself on fire near the Parliament entrance is a heartbreaking consequence of feeling abandoned by his party, NRM. Agaba alleged that his property was vandalized by NUP supporters, leaving his father homeless due to their political affiliation. Despite seeking help from the party offices for a year, he received no assistance, leading to this tragic event.

Unfortunately, I couldn’t find any updates on Agaba’s current condition. However, I did find a similar incident where a 26-year-old man named Jitendra set himself on fire near the Indian Parliament building due to mental distress caused by a family dispute. Jitendra suffered 95% burn injuries and succumbed to his injuries. I hope Agaba’s situation doesn’t end in a similar tragedy.
