The invitation comes amid growing tensions between the two entities, with the Buganda Kingdom seeking greater autonomy and clarification on various issues.

The Attorney General’s visit is expected to provide a platform for constructive dialogue and potential solutions.

During his visit, Hon. Kiwanuka is likely to engage in several meetings with key stakeholders, including the Kabaka (King) of Buganda and other senior officials.

The discussions are expected to focus on finding common ground and resolving outstanding issues, particularly on matters of law and policy.

The outcome of these talks could have significant implications for the future of Buganda and its relationship with the Central Government.

Many are eagerly awaiting the results, hoping that the meeting will lead to greater understanding and cooperation between the two parties.

As the chief legal advisor to the government, Hon. Kiwanuka’s involvement is crucial in addressing the legal aspects of the issues at hand.

His visit is expected to help find solutions that are in line with the constitution and the laws of Uganda.
