Finally He has Been Sworn In As The Kawempe North Legislator Until 2026 May

Luyimbaazi Nalukoola is being sworn in as the Member of Parliament for Kawempe North right now. This follows the Electoral Commission’s official gazetting of his victory in the by-election, which confirmed his win with 17,764 votes.

The swearing-in ceremony is taking place in Speaker Anita Among’s chambers at noon, as she had announced earlier. Nalukoola’s entry into parliament is expected to strengthen representation for his constituency, and he’s anticipated to participate in parliamentary debates and contribute to policy-making.
