The arrangements of The national unity platform ( NUP) political party to appeal against political prisoners release continues.

In a press conference at the party head quoters in Kampala Makerere kavule Bobi Wine Kyagulanyi Ssentamu the party president confirmed through his Lawyers the move to appeal against the release of his supporters.

Recently the court Martial issued a release Judgment of the NUP detainees to be set free after three months.

Bobi and his lawyers including other NUP leaders and supporters criticisms over the matters are based on the reasons:

*There hasn’t been cross examination in the court proceedings and the accused were denied bail.

*The applicants failed to bring evidences in this case and the court decision or judgement has been based on political differences but not constitutional.

Shamim Malende and other NUP Lawyers says that the minister of youths Balam balugahara and other National resistance movement (NRM) politicians influenced the president of Uganda Yoweri Museveni’s decision to contemplate the courts of laws.

Museveni and his NRM government officials forced the detainees to plead guilty before the court Martial Chief (judge) Brig, Robert Freeman Mugabe.

*The prisoners plead of guilty means the shift of alleged cases from the accused to Bobi Wine and NUP the a leading opposition political party in Uganda.

“Cases of malicious damages, treasons, and civilians holding Uganda peoples defence forces (UPDF) items imposed on NUP supporters to damage the party” Bobi Wine.

“We’re ready to appeal in Uganda and international courts of laws” NUP leaders says.

The party fears the consequences of the grounds of the release judgement of the political prisoners but not the act as constitutionally mandatory.

Some Ugandans condemn Bobi Wine as well as NUP criticisms of release judgement but they fail to observe the outcomes.

What next after the NUP political prisoners release on the grounds of plead guilty? Bobi Wine Kyagulanyi Ssentamu question.
