General (Retired) Caleb Akandwanaho, popularly known as Salim Saleh, has praised the officers of Operation Wealth Creation (OWC) for their dedicated efforts in empowering Ugandan communities to shift from subsistence farming to more sustainable and profitable economic activities.
As the Chief Coordinator of OWC, Saleh’s comments highlight the importance of the initiative in transforming the lives of Ugandans through economic development.
