NUP’S Kiboga Woman MP Christine Kaaya Nakimwero Is In Deep Talks With Gen. Saleh’s Daughter Desire Muhooza To Get A Government Job In a swap for her Mp Seat.

This investigative house is authoritatively reporting it from credible sources of the deep state politics that the incumbent Woman Mp for Kiboga district, who doubles as the treasurer for the go fund of NUP’s fundraising campaign for 2026 general elections, Christine Nakimwero Kaaya was sighted in a meeting last week with NRM’s candidate who is also a daughter to Gen. Salim Saleh at Sheraton Hotel. According to the insiders revealed that the meeting was held between 8pm to 3am were the two parties Christine and Muhooza trying to negotiate the deal cut so that Christine kaaya withdraw from the race in favour of Desire Muhooza.

The source also reveal that meeting was initiated by Nup’s Christine kaaya after knowing that Desire Muhooza is a strong candidate who won the Nrm ticket in a dramatic turn over with heavy deployment of security manded with violence and allegations of election rigging which lead her into elections tribunal of their party and finally came as the winner who will stand in favor of Nrm in the coming elections.

Even though Christine the incumbent woman Mp for kiboga district defeated the former woman Mp kiboga district the current minister for energy and mineral Ruth Nankabirwa, Nakimwero found herself that the incoming opponent Desire Muhooza is more ruthless and she can’t manage her weight if it comes to election violence so she preferred to cut a deal before the evening comes to an age.

According to the insider Desire Muhooza offered a blank cheque to Christine Nakimwero to fill what she wants in favor of her seat and Nakimwero tabled responded with a ambiguous requests which scared and killed the appetite of the main sever.

From the 7hrs meeting, the insider revealed that Nakimwero requested for an ambassador job accompanied with a pay cut of 1.5bn in order to withdraw from the race. Even though she is the one who initiated the meeting, she didn’t have the mantal to dictate the direction of the meeting and from what she had requested, Desire Muhooza only accepted the offer of ambassador job and the 1.5bn payment was rejected.

The meeting ended when the two parties failed to have a common ground and it was adjourned to another date ,However Nakimwero tried to explain her request of the 1.5bn from Desire is that she has been investing in her constitucy and it not fair enough to just walk out of the race in favor of getting and ambassodorial job.

However Muhooza assured Nakimwero that she can influence the appointing authority to secure a government job for her before 2026 but she was non communital wether she can pay her the 1.5bn as it was claimed by Christine as her capital input in the constitucy

It is not yet cleared when the two parties will meet again to conclude this deal since the request from the other party were too exorbitant and the other party was not in position to offer them.

As Tv10 we shall keep our eyes and ears to the ground for any update that will emerge from this deal. Based on history, Nakimwero is not the first opposition candidate to swap her Mp position in favor of government job and money but she is among the many on the list ie Wilfred Kajeke the former law maker for male Municipality, sold his position to Nrm in 2009, Jude Mbaabali also sold his win of Bukoto central to former vice president .
