President Museveni Arrives in Nairobi to Strengthen Kenya–Uganda Ties

Ugandan President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni has landed in Nairobi today, kicking off an official visit hosted by President William Ruto. The visit comes at a time when both Kenya and Uganda are looking to deepen their partnership and work more closely on everything from trade and transport to energy and security.

Museveni, who received a warm welcome at State House Nairobi, is expected to spend the next few days meeting with President Ruto and top Kenyan officials. Their goal? To smooth out any trade tensions, boost cross-border projects, and set a stronger foundation for the future of both countries.
