CDF General Muhoozi Kainerugaba has concluded his official historic visit to Rwanda, marking a significant step in strengthening bilateral military ties between Uganda and Rwanda.

During his visit, General Muhoozi met with Rwandan President Paul Kagame, where they discussed ways to enhance cooperation and foster mutual understanding between their nations.

General Muhoozi also delivered a lecture to officers of the Rwanda Defence Force (RDF) and allied forces at the RDF Senior Command and Staff College in Musanze.

In his address, he emphasized the importance of adopting a broader perspective that transcends national boundaries, prioritizing regional cooperation, human security, and strengthening international partnerships with Africa’s traditional allies.
