President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni and his mother have made a special appearance at All Saints Church in Nakasero, joining the congregation for a significant ceremony.
The occasion marked the celebration of the spouse of Kampala’s Ven Canon Fredrick Baalwa and the introduction of the new Lutikko ceremony.
The Grand Opening of the newly constructed 5000 seater All Saints Cathedral in Nakasero and the consecration and enthronement of Ven. Can. Fredrick Jackson Baalwa the 5th Asst. Bishop -Elect of the Diocese of Kampala.
The reverend ceremony was led by The Most Rev Dr. Samuel Stephen Kaziimba Mugalu, alongside the main director of Kampala, assisted by other clergy members. This event highlights the importance of community and faith in Uganda, with the President’s presence underscoring his commitment to these values.
