PART TWO: The Seven Rules That Have Kept Museveni In Power.

Yesterday we stoped on the third rule among the seven that have kept President Museveni in power. Today let us indulge in the last four.

Giving. Those who have been close or ever worked with Museveni, will honestly tell you that he is a good giver. When i talk about giving, I am talking about money and opportunities. The giving has really worked for him because most of the people he has donated to, they end up being his best carders in terms of mobilisation and support.

The divide and rule game is also among the rules that he has used very well. A good example can be well seen in the wrangles among muslims, where he has done his best to drail the unification of muslims in Uganda. The fact is Museveni fears muslims so much to an extent that any terrorism case, his security forces always associates it with muslims. They even parade none muslims with islamic names just to prove a point.

Don’t be surprised when he invites Sheik SSemambo for talks, yet he is still interested in the services that Mubajje has been offering to his government ever since he became the Mufti of Uganda.

The sacrificial lamb rule. Those who fought with him in the bush war that brought him to power, openly confess to this rule. Museveni is the kind of person who will do anything with in his power to protect him self and his interests. This means that even if it means losing lives, he will do it just for his survival. That is why he was able to kill more than 500,000 people to secure his presidential seat.

The last rule is on his ability to take in criticism. Museveni is the kind of man who will take in all the abuses and insults from the masses. Ever since he came in in 1986, his opposers have always abused him on national radio, Tv stations and other social platforms and they go a way with it.

The arrests you see are done by his men who are totally obsessed with him, in away of trying to prove their loyalty to their boss.
