SHOCKING: THE ACTRESS WHO GAVE BIRTH ON A LIVE CBS TV SHOW.

The birth of a child is a crucial time in the life of a mother and her family. 

Giving birth puts women on tension since it is hard to know what will exactly happen during labour.


But for an American actress, Lucille Désirée Ball, it was a different case, unusual and historical for she gave birth to her second child, Desi Arnaz Jr., on a live CBS-TV show.

WHO’S ACTRESS DESIREE BALL?

Lucille Désirée Ball was an American actress, comedian and producer who was born on August 6, 1911 in New York and passed away on April 26, 1989 at the age of 78 in Los Angeles .

She was one of the most popular and powerful actresses  in the United States during her lifetime.

Her popularity came from the following shows before the Tv miracle;
I Love Lucy, The Lucy–Desi Comedy Hour, The Lucy Show, Here’s Lucy and Life With Lucy.

After this historical birth giving, she went on to pursue other careers in music and film industry where she succeeded and she won several awards during her career before her death.

In 1977 Ball was one of the first people to be given to Women in Films like Crystal Award, the Golden Globe Cecil B award, DeMille Award in 1979, the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Kennedy Centre Honours in 1986, and the Governors’ Award from the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences in 1989 and she got  nominated for an Emmy Award thirteen times and  She won four times.

is still regarded as a mentor and influence by many contemporary comedians and actors, and her legacy of humour and business savvy never goes out of style.
