AFCON 23: Angola Is Out.

Yesterday night, the super eagles ( Nigeria) qualified for the semi – finals of the African Cup Of Nation after beating Angola by 1:0. The goal was scored by Ademola Lookman in the 41 minute in the first half of the game.

After qualifying for the semi – finals, the chances of Nigeria winning the AFCON 23 are brighter now if the talent showcased by the likes of Ademola Lookman and Victor Osimhen is maintained.

The march that took place in Abidjan left the Angola fans disappointed since it was right and clear that they would not be qualifying for the next stage (Semi Finals).

Most football fans had expected this match to end in a draw irrespective of the great talent showcased by Nigeria in its four previous games.

Today, Mall will be playing Ivory coast and Cape Verde will be playing South Africa. Best of luck to all teams.
