The Speaker Of Parliament Inspects Namboole Stadium.

Earlier today morning the Speaker of Parliament Hon. Anita Among with the state Minister Peter Ogwang ,selected legislators and other FUFA officials inspected the works that are ongoing at the Mandela National Stadium commonly known as Namboole the country’s international stadium.

This was brought to intention when the Confederation of African Football [CAF] failed to approve the Namboole stadium for hosting international matches .

The renovations have brought recurring topics on the plenary of parliamentary questioning why the UPDF has delayed to complete the work.

Last Thursday , State Minister for sports Peter Ogwang told the house that works have been delayed due to the unsalted debt of 17 billions which was supposed to be given to Clive Kyazze the witch doctor claiming to have reallocated the spirits [musambwa].

The State Minister for Fiancee Amos Lugolobi confirmed that the balance of 17 billions will be disbursed on Monday.

The CAF mentioned that the stadium is unfit to host international matches including qualifiers due to the under standards of the playing surface , pitch size , dressing rooms ,floodlights ,pavilion, technical bench,middle centre and parking .

Today the Lt Col Ps. Kidemuku , the project Engineer confirmed that they have improved in the lighting technology, media tribunal, dressing rooms and the the stadium dock grain.

Furthermore the speaker told the team to speed up with the renovations works because on 5th june uganda is expected to host a match.

She also instructed the reallocation of the buses which had stationed at the stadium in order to provide enough space to the stadium.
